We have opportunities to help with community outreach activities in our pet resource center and our vaccination and microchip clincs. We need help with recieving pet food and supplies, organizing and bagging pet food, & vets and vet techs for our vaccine and micrcochip clinics. Volunteers who can speak/translate Spanish are very helpful.  

Are you creative with fundraising ideas? Able to solicit donated raffle prizes and goodies for events? Can you help secure venues?  We definately want to talk to you! 

• AMAZON SMILE: We are excited that we have been accepted in the Amazon Smile charitable giving program. Please consider selecting us as your supporting charity and they will donate a percentage of your online shopping to us. Just sign into your Amazon account through https://smile.amazon.com/ and select Daisy's Hope Foundation as your charity. Every time you shop, log into Amazon Smile and they will donate.
   

• FOOD4LESS COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM: We are now part of Food4Less' Community Rewards program. They will donate to us a percentage of your grocery bill every time you shop. Here's how you can help:

1. Obtain a rewards card at the store, if you don't already have one
2. Register your card online at https://www.food4less.com/ 
3. Once you are logged into your account, you can search for Daisy's Hope Foundation either by name or by LH528 and then click enroll.
   
4. That's it! 

• COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS, GIRL OR BOY SCOUT PROJECTS:  Bake sales and lemonade stands. Handmade cat toys, cat scratchers, and dog toys are always needed. Handmade dog bowl stands and wooden dog beds. Homemade dog treats and biscuits would be greatly appreciated by the recipients. There are many projects on Pintrest and other sites that can be completed that would be loved and appreciated by our recipients.  

• DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE OR A PRODUCT YOU CAN DONATE FOR FUNDRAISING EFFORTS AND/OR RAFFLE PRIZES? You can help us raise funds for the animals by donating a product you make or sell, or a gift certificate to a service you provide, In exchange, you would get free marketing and publicity on all of our social media outlets.  It's a win - win! 

• GIFT CARDS:  You can purchase and send gift cards from PetSmart, Petco, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Vons, Ralphs, Stater Bros. and any other places you think would be helpful to fulfill our mission. Our mailing address is PO Box 2083, Upland CA 91785.
   
   
• FUNDRAISER OR PET FOOD DRIVE:  You can have your own fundraiser on Facebook, at your school, church, community, civic club, or office and donate the funds or items to us.  We have also found that children like to help with these endeavors as well so keep in mind any community service projects in Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, etc.  If you are interested in doing this, please contact us by email and we can assist you. 

• CORPORATE MATCHING FUNDS:  Many times an employer will have a "matching donation" program where if the employee makes a donation, the employer will make a matching donation.  This helps us a great deal because essentially doubles your generous donation and we can help twice the number of people and animals in need.  If your employer needs our Tax ID number, please contact us and we can assist you with this process.

• HELP US FILL OUR KIDS BAGS: Every month during our pet pantry distribution, we hand out goodie bags to any kids in attendance.  We try to include activity books and learning materials that cover topics such as: how to care for your pets, compassion for animals, why we spay and neuter our pets, etc.  We also want to encourage love for all animals, so any publications such as National Geographic For Kids are more than welcome. We also include coloring crayons and animal themed trinkets (ie: pencils, stickers, temporary tattoos) and other goodies like bubbles, glow sticks,etc. We also hand out any stuffed animals we get donated. If you are considering donating any books, please send both English and Spanish versions.
